TifloInnova will be running three practical thematic workshop sessions that will provide specific groups of ONCE affiliated members with the opportunity to explore topics of interest related to access to information, based on conventional technologies or specific solutions that help users to interact with the contents or introduce such solutions to their daily lives.

These sessions will be held at the same venue of TifloInnova, ONCE Sports & Culture Centre (CDC).

Participation is free of charge. However, and due to limited capacity for each session, please pre-register online to attend.


 

WORKSHOP FOR SENIORS: “Enjoying podcasts is easy”

 

Addressed to people aged 52 years and over.

Practice exercises will be performed to search for podcasts and playlists via mobile devices with iVoox and Spotify, Victor Stream and smart speakers.

Capacity: 16 participants per session.
Duration: 90 minutes each session.
Dates and times:

WORKSHOP FOR PEOPLE WITH DEAFBLINDNESS: "Technological resources for communication and autonomy of people with deafblindness"

 

Addressed to people with deafblindness, who will be able to interact with developed technologies that facilitate their personal autonomy, communication and access to information by using resources appropriate to their sensory skills and ways to have access to information (visual, audible, tactile, braille…).

Capacity: 12 participants per session
Duration: 120 minutes each session.

WORKSHOP FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC: “Workshop on 3D printing technologies. From Design to Production”

 

Addressed to people aged 16 years and over.

Practical workshop where participants will learn about the different processes of 3D printing, the software used in the prototyping design phase, with a real 3D printing production. There will also be an introduction to the supplementary use of embossing and laser-cutting technologies.

Capacity: 20 participants per session.
Duration: 90 minutes each session.
